What this shows

Amended filings

Recent SEC Form 4/A amendments — corrections to previously-reported insider transactions, with the original filing linked where it can be matched.

Why it matters

A focused filing lens

Amendments are detected via document_type ending in /A. The amends_accession field is populated by a heuristic linker that matches on insider, issuer, transaction date, security title, and transaction code; about 20% of amendments link to a discoverable original.
